1. The service
Aequitas provides an AI-assisted analysis (“judgment”) of a question or policy you submit. Each analysis is a multi-stage deliberation that typically takes 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Not professional advice
Outputs are informational only and are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. The reliability score is a computed formula output, not a guarantee of correctness. You remain responsible for any decisions you make.
3. Credits, pricing & refunds
Access is prepaid via credits (priced in INR). An analysis consumes credits at submission; if it fails to complete, the reserved credits are refunded automatically. Purchased credits are otherwise non-refundable except as required by law. There is no free tier, because each analysis is expensive to run.
4. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, or use the service to harm others. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Data use & improvement
Your inputs and generated reports are processed and stored as described in our Privacy Policy, including to operate the service. Use of your inputs and reports to improve our models and product is optional: you can opt out at any time in Settings → Privacy & data. Opting out applies to future analyses and does not affect the operational processing needed to deliver, bill, and secure the service.
6. Availability & changes
The service is provided “as is” during this early-access trial; features may change. We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
